Being a notary we deal with realtors all the time, and very few realtors are willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Alex is a great person to deal with and he doesn't go an extra mile, he does the entire walk for their clients, so they don't have to. I would like to first start by saying Alex Maldeis was professional, courteous and above all made me feel like I was his friend. One of the things I loved the most, is when you called him with a question, he got back to you within five minutes every time. He made it feel like you were very important. At one point, we had a problem with a couple of things, which had nothing to do with Alex, but he still went out of his way to help us and he kept it as stress free as possible. Alex was our fourth interview to find a realtor that listened to our needs. First trip out hit on all cylinders and showed us all the houses that fit our criteria. Truly Exceptional! That's the only way to describe Alex Maldeis. Buying a home is a big deal especially if it's your first home. It's difficult to trust the people you meet. I first met Alex at an open house and my interaction with him at the home was amazing. He never pushed for me to buy it instead he gave me time and let me do some own research. About a month later I found another home and he gave me some great input on it and after negotiating for about a month both us and the seller were able to agree on a fair price. Even after the sale went through Alex continued to help me every step of the way until possession day. He helped ease stress by assisting me with various mortgage brokers, lawyers as well as the home insurance company. Purchasing a home is a scary transaction and I'm glad I had Alex on my side to assist me with the entire process. I recommend all home buyers to deal with Alex because he really genuinely looks out for his customers. His customer satisfaction is on another level. I have no doubts I'll continue using Alex for future deals!

I've worked with half a dozen different realtors in the past and Alex is by far the best. Buying a home in the greater Vancouver Area (in our case, South Surrey) can be stressful and He kept it fun, yet professional. At no point were we pressured into buying something and when we did find something that we liked, Alex's bargaining skills and expertise really stood out. He really helped out a lot with all of the paperwork and items involved with closing the deal. Would highly recommend!

My boyfriend & I had an amazing experience with Alex as our realtor. I feel that he was knowledgeable about the market & was strategic when putting in an offer on our new home. I kept getting stuck on certain places & Alex would remind us not to worry about how the home was decorated & to look at the bare bones of the house. I’m so glad he did that as we were willing to do small renos to get exactly what we wanted. He was a good listener & showed us homes that were in our price range & had all the necessities for us such as 3 parking spots minimum & lots of visitors parking so my friends don’t have to walk super far to get to my house. I feel we bought for a good price & he didn’t pressure us at all on any home. He made sure we had the chance to do inspections & literally read through all the strata documents with us & answered all our questions before buying. He really made me feel at ease & I can’t thank him enough for getting us the perfect place for us. Even if you like a place you don’t always get it due to the competitive market around here.
